WHAT IS EATING YOUR CAKE TOO?
 

 

Eating your Cake Too was born out of a lightbulb moment when I finally realised how much more you could have in your life if you just believed you could. When you sit down and ask yourself the right questions, you realise that no one ever told you that you couldn’t do anything (and if they did, they shouldn’t be in your life!), or that you don’t belong in a certain role, team, or environment. We do this to ourselves. Yes, there are haters out there. And cynics, sceptics and negativity breeders, but often the reasons we don’t do what we want, is more ourselves than it is these people. We often allow ourselves to feel like imposters and not have it all. Not have our Cake and Eat it too.

 

Too often I see people fall into this same trap – this same cycle of allowing yourself to get in your own way. Allowing yourself to not give yourself a break and letting these feelings impact your ability to be your full self and live a full life in every aspect of the word. Relationships. Career. Adventure. Travel. Wellbeing. Family. Friends. Spontaneity. Love.
