Eating your Cake too was born out of a lightbulb moment when I finally realised how much more you could have in your life if you just believed you could. When you sit down and ask yourself the right questions, you realise that no one ever told you that you couldn’t do anything (and if they did, they shouldn’t be in your life!), or that you don’t belong in a certain role, team, or environment. We do this to ourselves. Yes, there are haters out there. And cynics, sceptics and negativity breeders, but often the reasons we don’t do what we want, is more ourselves than it is these people.  

Too often I see people fall into this same trap – this same cycle of allowing yourself to get in your own way. Allowing yourself to not give yourself a break and letting these feelings impact your ability to be your full self and live a full life in every aspect of the word. Career. Relationships. Adventure. Travel. Wellbeing. Family. Friends. Spontaneity.

Has anyone ever said any of the below to you? How did it make you feel? 

“You can’t travel AND have a career”
“You can’t buy a house AND travel” 
“You can’t have children AND have a successful career”  
“You can’t run a successful business if you want to have a family”.

Basically, you can’t have your cake and eat it too! Well, guess what… I call Bu**shit on that and I am here to help you realise that too! The above comments are restrictive, they are disempowering and quite honesty just really fu**ing unhelpful. The truth is, you can have it all, if you are prepared to work for it, work damn hard for it, and work on yourself to get it. 

Guess What….You CAN have your Cake and Eat it too.

HUMP DAY HAPPINESS!!! 😘🙏🏼☀️ ⠀ Whats your happy place?? I know I have said before that mine is pretty much anything on, near or around water!!
